UNITS:  Single-level, one-bedroom with range/oven and  garbage disposal.

RENT:   Approximately 30% of his/her adjusted gross income to cover shelter, electricity ($40), water, sewer, refuse and maintenance.

Minimum Requirements:

Head of household or spouse/adult co-head must be 62 years of age

Annual Income guidelines for subsidized program:
One Person:  $23,750   Two Persons:  $27,150

Must be determined capable of achieving an independent living status.
